Fiskuly, Inc ("Fiskuly", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect when you visit fiskuly.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and what rights you have. This notice covers the Site only. Our product, OurBooks (ourbooks.app), has its own separate privacy policy.

Who we are

Information we collect

We collect a small amount of information in two ways:

• Analytics data — if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information about your visit, including the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site, your approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address), the type of device and browser you use, and the time you spent on each page. Your full IP address is not stored by Google Analytics 4.
• Information you send us — if you email us at contact@fiskuly.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

We do not collect names, payment information, or account credentials on this Site — there are no sign-up forms, accounts, or purchases on fiskuly.com.

How we use this information

• To understand how visitors find and use our Site so we can improve it.
• To respond to your questions or feedback when you contact us by email.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Cookies and tracking technologies

A "cookie" is a small file stored in your browser. We use cookies only for analytics, and only after you accept them via our cookie banner. The cookies set by Google Analytics 4 are typically named _ga and _ga_<property-id>, and they expire after up to two years.

We also store a small entry in your browser's localStorage called fiskuly-consent to remember whether you accepted or declined cookies, so we don't have to ask again on every visit.

If you decline analytics cookies, no Google Analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent.

Third parties we share data with

• Google (Google Analytics 4) — processes analytics data on our behalf. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
• Our hosting provider — serves the Site to your browser and may keep standard server access logs (including IP addresses) for security and operational purposes.

We do not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct or delete that information.
• Object to or restrict how we use it.
• Withdraw your consent to analytics at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@fiskuly.com. To withdraw analytics consent, clear your browser's cookies and site data for fiskuly.com — the cookie banner will reappear on your next visit so you can make a new choice.

Data retention

Google Analytics 4 retains user-level and event data for up to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Aggregated reports may be retained longer. Emails you send us are retained until they are no longer needed for the purpose you contacted us about.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
